What is Jumpstart?

Jumpstart is a free home visiting program through Easterseals, Joliet Region. Our mission is to provide caregiver coaching to families of children prenatal to three years of age in Will, Grundy, Kendall, Kankakee, Iroquois, and Ford Counties so that all children develop a strong foundation for learning.
